KAL with my knitting buddy

It has been almost a month since I've posted. Been busy I suppose. The last two weeks I was winding up a few remaining tasks at a firm I've been with for the last 3 years. I have a week off and then I start with a new company. I am very excited needless to say.

My knitting buddy, fellow "paralegal with needles", and I started the Fiber Trends clogs as a KAL. It has been a fun project and a relatively fast knit. One of them came out a little "whomperjawed" but they are wonderfully warm. They are so thick it took almost a week for them to air-dry. I used Lion Brand Wool on US 13's.

The finished product. They are wonderfully warm.

I just got this pattern the other day! Looking forward to making a pair soon. Yours look great!

You will enjoy them for year to come also. I can attest to that. Course, I also admit that I need to make myself a new pair. Having holes on the bottom somehow deters from the warmth factor considerably! Your blue pair are lovely, btw. How fun that you have a knitting-buddy too. Good luck with the new job. I am sure you will do well.....
